Member records are not public.

Photos, email addresses, introductions, complete applications, search results, and member counts are not displayed on this website. Public registration does not accept identity documents, passports, document numbers, face video, or biometric templates.

Privacy rule: visitors, other members, and any other person cannot read personal records. The aggregate member count is kept as an owner-only internal record and is not published. If this boundary is broken, the platform closes.

Member records are private. This page does not search, display, or return personal data.

Current minimized public registration

For account and matching: self-declared legal name, age, country or region, language, marital eligibility, relationship goal, education, income band, self-introduction, and optional work or language notes.
For the closed member record: a recent profile photo and email account information. The photo is not public and the email is not shown to other members.
Not collected: identity-card numbers, passport numbers, identity-document scans, passport images, face video, biometric templates, phone numbers, or bank information.

Access, correction, and deletion

After login, a member can view and edit their own text profile in the member center and can click “Delete my member record” to delete the account, text profile, photo, matching conditions, invitations, connections, and in-platform messages. Deletion cannot be undone. If login is impossible, email houyiminarchive@proton.me to request help; do not attach identity documents, passports, a phone number, or other sensitive data.
